These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrackID app ("TrackID"). By installing or using TrackID, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TrackID. By using TrackID, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account, impersonate others, or sign up on someone else's behalf without permission.
When using TrackID you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you create in TrackID — your bio, posts, messages, venues you add, and so on. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
You're responsible for the content you submit. We don't pre-screen user content but may remove content that violates these Terms.
TrackID uses Apple's ShazamKit to identify music. Match results come from Apple's catalog and may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. TrackID is not responsible for the accuracy of match results.
TrackID links to third-party services (Apple Music, Apple Maps, others). Use of those services is governed by their own terms.
TrackID is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app is error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackID and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date will be updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
